How is the price worked out?
Carpet by the room or area, with stairs and hallways counted separately. Upholstery by the piece. Rugs by size and fibre. Tile by the area. Pet treatment is added per affected area, because it is a separate step. The price Grant quotes is the price you pay unless you add work on the day, and he tells you before starting if anything will not come out fully.
Getting ready
