Guides
The questions customers ask on the walk-through, answered properly, with the sources. Free to read, free to quote.
These guides are written by Grant Brennan of DeepSteam.ca with Blue Crane Works. Where a number appears, it is quoted from a primary source: the Carpet and Rug Institute, a carpet manufacturer's own care page, the IICRC standard, or Health Canada. Where the answer is experience rather than a published figure, the guide says so.
