Times are estimates in ordinary traffic and are here so you know roughly how we plan a day, not a promise. QEW traffic over the Skyway and through St. Catharines can add time at rush hour, which is one reason commercial work is often booked for evenings.
Why does the service area matter for a truck-mount?
The van carries its own water, heat, power and waste recovery. Nothing about your home or building has to be set up for us, which is why the same equipment cleans a condo in Burlington, a wool rug in Niagara-on-the-Lake and a banquet hall in Hamilton on consecutive days. The only real constraint is hose reach from where the van can park, and that is a question of the building rather than the town.
Not on the list?
Places between and around these areas, such as Vineland, Jordan, Fonthill, Thorold, Waterdown, Caledonia and Binbrook, are covered too. Call (905) 515-5055 and ask. If it is a long drive for a small job, Grant will say so and try to pair it with other work nearby.
