Commercial carpet cleaning
Hotel corridors, banquet halls, offices, golf clubs and restaurants. Big floors, tight windows, and a truck-mount that carries its own water and power so your building does not have to.
DeepSteam.ca provides truck-mounted carpet and upholstery cleaning for commercial premises: offices and boardrooms, hotel and condominium corridors, banquet and event halls, golf clubhouses, restaurants and bars, churches, medical waiting rooms and retail. Work is scheduled around your hours, including evenings and weekends. Because the machine stays in the van, there is nothing plugged into your circuits and no dirty water carried through your building. Carpet is typically dry for the next morning's traffic.
Why does truck-mounted matter more in commercial buildings?
Commercial carpet is low-pile, glued down and dense, and it collects fine, oily soil from hundreds of shoes a day. That soil needs heat to release and strong vacuum to recover, or the carpet stays damp and the traffic lanes reappear within days as the soil wicks back up. Portable machines struggle with both, and they tie up your electrical circuits and drains for the whole shift. The hallway and banquet hall in the photographs were done with one hose run from the van and were open for use the next morning.
What kinds of premises do you clean?
| Premises | Typical work | Usual timing |
|---|---|---|
| Offices and boardrooms | Carpet tiles, broadloom, task chairs and reception seating | Evenings or weekends |
| Hotels and condominiums | Corridors, stairwells, lobbies, guest room carpet on turnover | Overnight or low-occupancy days |
| Banquet halls and event venues | Large patterned broadloom, food and drink spills, chair fabric | Between events, often same-week turnaround |
| Golf and country clubs | Clubhouse carpet, logo entrance mats, dining room chairs | Off-season and closed days |
| Restaurants and bars | Dining room carpet, booth upholstery, tile and grout in kitchens and washrooms | After close |
| Churches, clinics, retail | Sanctuary and hall carpet, waiting room seating, sales floor | Weekdays or by arrangement |
How do commercial bookings work?
- Site visit or a floor plan with square footage, and a look at the worst areas.
- Written price per visit, or a maintenance schedule (quarterly for traffic lanes, annual full clean is common).
- Access arrangements: a door near the van, and where the hose can run safely.
- Work done, floor groomed, air movers set if needed, and a note left for the morning shift.
Grant is on every job. Property managers deal with one person who was there and saw the floor.
